Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of sessions is required 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid payment for unattended sessions. Fees will be charged for broken or cancelled appointments unless a 24-hour notice is given. I will work with you on rescheduling after a cancellation, but it is recognized that repetitive cancellations will be taken into consideration when determining the importance of this process of therapy to you at this time. Please understand that the cancellation fees are as follows: half of your session price as agreed upon if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or full session fee if the appointment is cancelled on the same day as the scheduled appointment. Exceptions are at the discretion of the counselor/coach.
